If you feel like you're too busy to work out but you have time to watch the same episode of The Office 25 times... this one's for you. You'll feel the burn and be done before an episode even finishes.


"25" Workout


This can be done literally anywhere:

  • 25 push-ups

  • 25 russian twists

  • 25 jump squats

  • 25 burpees

  • 0.25 mile run

It's about time for another episode. Wait... Jim and Pam get together?!
